K & N Foods has been of the leading value added chicken products provider in the country. Their distribution activities spread all across Pakistan. With their slaughter and food processing unit placed in Raiwind (near Lahore) an efficient system was needed for establishing efficient ways of monitoring and optimization of their product delivery vehicles resources. The system provided by us, enabled K & N manage their moving resources (delivery trucks) and also reduce market response time by linking their delivery mechanism with automated order taking and dispatching software. Integrating order taking software has helped them in delivery vehicles movement monitoring and computer based inventory management system at their Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad warehouse / stores. Exponent Engineer helped them to optimize their entire supply chain processes and procedures.
