Crescent Bay Karachi (CBK) is one of the landmark prestigious joint venture project by M/S EMAAR and Giga Group located in DHA Karachi, Pakistan. The project is located on beachfront and covers a total area of 450,000 square meters catering for various land uses. The project was assigned to M/S EEC Malaysia to planned and design a multipurpose land use comprising the following but not limited to

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
M/S EEC Malaysia collaborated with Exponent Engineers to entreat following design services:
Local Design support for roadway design, budget estimate etc.
Mapping (Transportation Phasing)
Design of Earthworks, Roads, Drains, Sewerage & Treatment Plant, Water Works, Irrigation System, Gas Supply System, Mechanical, Electrical/Power and Telecommunication Services
Determination of various traffic parameters
Parking Requirement Estimation
