Narrative Description of Project:
Project involves setting up brand new Adhi LPG & NGL recovery Plant‐III independent of any existing facilities available at Adhi .
An IEE study has extensively considered all the relevant clauses and sections of national legislations, regulations and guidelines related to the project was considered. The recommendations would be given on the basis of project activities.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
Assess the existing environmental and socioeconomic conditions at and around the project site, with a focus on identifying environmental and social sensitivity areas.
Identify the likely impacts of the proposed project on the natural and socioeconomic environment, quantitatively assessing these impacts wherever possible and considering their significance in terms of technical, public, and regulatory concerns.
Propose appropriate mitigation and monitoring measures that can be integrated into the design of the proposed activities to minimize damaging effects and prevent lasting negative consequences.
Prepare an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) outlining the procedure for implementing mitigation measures, monitoring environmental conditions, and managing solid wastes.
Prepare an Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) report to ensure compliance with the legislative requirements of the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act of 1997 for submission to the respective regional Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
