The Scope of Work (SOW) for Exponent Engineers as the Independent Engineer in the ARY Laguna DHA Gujranwala project includes verifying and certifying construction-related payments, conducting quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Exponent Engineers is responsible for vetting invoices, verifying project costs, and issuing certifications for various construction expenses such as structural, MEP, and utility costs. Additionally, Exponent Engineers provide quarterly progress reports, assist in inspections, and coordinate with the Escrow Auditor. Exponent Engineers are also required to advise on corrective measures for defects, maintain professional standards, and ensure project timelines are met.
