Narrative Description of Project:
DHA and the developer of the Project, IQ Properties (Private) Limited, an associated undertaking of ARY Laguna, entered into a Joint Venture Agreement in July 2020 (“JVA”) in relation to a project to be developed on the Project Land as a mixed use commercial and residential development with numerous amenities and leisure features including the Laguna under the project name ‘ARY Laguna - DHA City Karachi’ (“Project”). The Project will be divided into seven (7) phases.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
Exponent Engineers (Pvt.) Limited is appointed as Independent Engineer, the scope of work includes:
Ensure scrutiny of all agreements and timely advise client on works/contract related issues that may arise
Advise and suggest technical solutions related to project matters
Verify all cost / expenses related to project works and procurement of materials
The cost so verified technically shall than be forwarded to External Auditors for release of funds from Escrow Account.
