The New Paint Shop Project at Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) involves the design, procurement, and construction supervision of automotive paint facility with an approximate covered area of 6,000 sq. m. The facility is a Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) structure integrated with specialized mechanical, electrical, and paint process systems. This project is an extension of the existing PSMC paint shop and aims to increase the production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and enhance quality compliance with global automotive standards.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
Construction Management:
Preparation of detailed bidding documents for all construction categories.
Procurement management and contractor selection for Civil Works, Steel Structure Erection, Mechanical Installations, and Electrical Works.
Development of a comprehensive Construction Management Plan.
On-site supervision of all civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
Contract administration.
Implementation of a quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) framework including HSE for all phases of the project.
