Narrative Description of Project:
The existing building is HBFCL regional office located at Chauburji, Lahore. It is a five Storey building (B + G + 3upper floors) of reinforced concrete frame structure. The building was originally designed for a floor area of 7000 sft. During the construction of Orange Line, the rear portion of the building had to be demolished, and therefore, the floor area is reduced to approximately 5319 sft. The building has five floors with total height equals 14.6 m. The building age is more than 50 years.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
1. Complete Building Condition Survey and report on the structural rehabilitation and architectural improvement of the building including MEP. Approx. 25,000 sq. ft. (Basement+ Ground Floor + Three Floors)
2. Feasibility to establish strong room at 1st floor/ground floor and design.
3. Space optimization and interior design for renovation of branch and regional office at ground floor and first floor including MEP.
4. Engineer’s estimate of the project cost which includes but not limited to Architectural rehabilitation, structural rehabilitation, interior design, MEP etc.
