Narrative Description of Project:
The JICA Mass Transit Master Plan identified 6 BRT & 3 MRT corridors for Karachi. The government is actively pursuing these projects for their implementation under various financing options. The BRT Green Line is a 21 Km long BRT Line to be funded by Government of Pakistan and BRT Orange line is a feeder line for Green Line to be financed by Government of Sindh. The operations of both the lines will be financed under Government of Sindh. The total project worth is PKR 16 Billion (US$ 153 Million), the construction of the project is being carried out.

Final vetting of Geometric and Structural design
Value Engineering
The project is under construction; all the construction drawings before being issued for construction are sent to Exponent Engineers for final vetting of Geometric and Structural design. Additional responsibilities also include adding value to the project.
