Replacement of old rail tracks with new rail tracks, both on the dry land and submerged portion of the slipway. Construction of a new cradle trolley to run on the rail track and transport the sea vessels from the sea to dry land for maintenance purpose. Dredging of the siltation accumulated over the rail tracks and the slipway. Removal of the sheet pile cofferdam already existing on the site. Repair of the floor area of the slipway and the damaged part of the retaining walls protecting the slipway.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
1. Checking and mustering of the existing materials on site and preparation of the inventory of the existing and additional items required for the project.
2. Oversee the preparation of the BOQ by the contractor for the construction of the works.
3. Approval of the Material & Methodologies planned to be used by the contractor for undertaking the works.
4. Supervision of the site construction works carried out by the contractor.
