Narrative Description of Project:
The Project involves rehabilitation and reconstruction of internal road infrastructure within Phase I and Phase II of the SITE Super Highway Industrial Area. It aims to improve pavement condition, enhance drainage systems, upgrade street lighting, and strengthen overall roadway performance to support industrial traffic demands and long-term serviceability.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
1. Conduct detailed surveys (topographical, or any other type of surveys/study for roads, drainage, sewerage, and utilities) for the Project.
2. Assess existing infrastructure, stormwater catchments, sewerage capacity, road conditions, and identify system deficiencies and rectifications.
3. Prepare Detailed Engineering Designs for drainage, sewerage rehabilitation, road improvements, and industrial connections where required.
4. Develop construction drawings, specifications, final issue drawings, and complete as-built drawings for all affected utilities.
5. Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), PC-I documentation, and complete tender documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Tendering for contractor, bid evaluation, and providing support during the tendering process.
7. Provide full construction supervision, review and verify contractor submissions, works and bills, issue technical clarifications, and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
