Narrative Description of Project:
National housing corporation (NHC) planned to develop international standards, well designed & a self-contained satellite city same 30km each of Arush & Arush moshi highway the site in at a very sumac location near mt Telimanjaro and other natural habitats. The satellite city planned to have mixed landuse development.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
The project waste planner (Phills International Dubai) developed turn concept waster plan Exponent Engineers was hired to perform a detailed traffic work ness analysis. The scope involved the following:
Estimation of trip generation / attraction for am/pm peak.
Developing for scale demand worked for traffic analysis.
Estimation of traffic each road during am/pm peak.
Estimation of road performance indicators such as v/c ratio.
Performing micro analysis on critical junctions.
At 300 acre land. The project shells have private villas, residential apartments, town houses, offices, commercial, courts, leisure etc. facilities.
