Narrative Description of Project:
Khairpur Special Economic Zone, with an area of 140 acres is Pakistan’s First Industrial Park with SEZ Status under SEZ ACT 2012 which has been established to provide a value addition platform in agriculture sector in northern part of Sindh. The KSEZ is envisioned to provide best in class infrastructure and facilities & services to local & foreign entrepreneurs. The project is ideally located near Tando Nazar Ali on main National Highway new Khairpur Town and is set to emerge as splendour of opportunity in the province of Sindh.
Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:
The Condition Assessment of the entire project has been carried out. A concise validation report has been developed for the validation of eth assets. The review of the BOQ and engineer’s estimate for the repair works has been done for this project. A complete GIS survey for the spatial development of the land-use and utilities has also been done for this project. Preparation of O&M document including KPI’s for O&M Contractor.
